Tis the Season!

Another Christmas season full of laughter, family and fun is in the books and my heart is full!  We are so thankful to be living back in Lexington around our family.  Christmas was low key and the best part was driving 5 minutes home after each family function :)  Living away for all those years makes me appreciate it so much now!

Here's a recap of our Christmas fun...

To kickoff the season my girls had their winter recital.  How grown up do they both look?  Beautiful girlies.

They met Santa and Hayes was terrified!  SO flipping scared of the the big guy.  And we may have died laughing... (hilariously awesome pics by Amy Crowder Photography)

We had family nights with our favorites :)  

We had an early Christmas at my parent's house so we could enjoy opening all our goodies...

And then Christmas Eve with Nana & Granddad before church :)  

And after church back to my parents where I failed at taking pics with all of our sweet family...oops.  It was fun, trust me :)

Christmas day, Santa came and brought lots of goodies :)

We finished off the day at my Nanny & Papaw's house.  You know I am really getting laid back in my old age when I let Leighton wear a Star Wars outfit to the festivities instead of her Christmas outfit ;)

Our Christmas season was perfect and the fact that our home remodel (that started at Halloween) is THIS CLOSE to being finished makes it even better.  Bring on 2016...we are ready to relax :)
