It was two fabulous weeks of "Go, Go, GO!" Who knew eating tons of delicious food, laying out on the beach, pool time, amusement parks, golfing & shopping could be such hard work :) It was a great family trip and the longest our family has been together without Toby working since we became a little family of three. We kept saying it was our babymoon with a baby before the new baby :)
My little baby girl grew up soooooooooo much over the past 14 days! Seriously, she is talking NON-STOP and acting like such a big girl. This is the face of a little girl...a totally gorgeous little girl I should say :)
As much as I loved these past two weeks, there really is NO place like home. When we walked into our house last night I got this giddy feeling (dork alert) and Toby, Leighton and I were doing the "so-happy-we-are-home" dance (I know you are sad you missed the live version). We did have an eventful trip to ER approximately 20 minutes after the above happy-dance but I am happy to report that EVERYTHING IS FINE :)
I will have much more to share about our trip this week but for now I am busy doing laundry and getting ready for a wedding we are headed to tonight (or as Leighton calls it the "paaaar-taaaaay"). Toby is busy mowing the jungle that is now our front & back
yards. Apparently it rained the whole time we were gone and our grass is seriously a foot tall!
