Kylee Brooke graduates college!

We had a family filled weekend with lots of laughs. My little sister graduated from Bellarmine University so we spent time celebrating her big accomplishment. Go Kylee :)

Saturday was her graduation ceremony. Toby stayed home with the girls since graduations tend to be a little boring. My sister, Robyn, and I met my parents and little sis for a few pics before the big event! (Yes, my Dad's eyes are closed in this first pic, but I still thought it was cute, lol).

Kylee and her girls from the College of Education. Looking adorable and very distinguished with all of their ropes, medals and sashes! Smarties :)

It was surreal to see Kylee walk across the stage and get her college degree! What?!!! How is she old enough to be a college graduate? Time really does fly by. Time, however, does NOT fly by during college graduation ceremonies. Oh my it was a LONG one. Not to mention I spent most of the time preparing my camera for the perfect picture for when she walked across the stage and THEN I totally missed the photo op. TOTALLY missed it after 2.5 hours of preparation. TOTAL PHOTO FAIL! I tried to redeem myself with some post ceremony pics with our little graduate :)

My Nanny, Aunt Jackie and cousins, Chelsi & Chad all came to Louisville for the ceremony too. Chelsi gets the award for longest travel, she flew in with her hubs from Washington DC. Love having all of the family together for celebrations!

After the ceremony I picked up Toby and the girls and we headed to Lexington to continue the festivities at my parents house. Lots of family and friends came out to celebrate with Kylee. My mom hosted a small open house that was so adorable with lots of yummy food!

My Dad grilled the most delicious hamburgers for the party. I think I told everyone 1,233 times how delicious I thought they were. Seriously, they were good! Yum. Leighton's favorite part was hanging out with her favorite people on earth. Her family :) Lyla, Kyle and surprise, surprise, Uncle Chase flew in from NYC for the weekend. It was great!

It took Gracen a little longer to warm up to all the guests ;) Little Gracie is a Mama's girl through and through and I kinda love it! At first she was NOT happy if I left her side even for a second but once she realized how much fun a party is and that there were cookies, she was all smiles. Especially when a certain Grammy let her run outside through puddles! Gracen's inner wild child was in heaven :) She also decided her cousin Brianne was pretty awesome and worthy of following around.

I took a lot of pictures at the party. Like an alarming amount but there were so many photo ops I couldn't pass up! Love this picture of Kylee and her boyfriend, Ross.

My Dad's Mom and sisters, Granny, Rita and Dee and of course sweet Brianne. Gracen really fell in love with Brianne, I am going to have to get her parents to bring her to Louisville to play! Gracen doesn't warm up to many people that quickly!

Cousins galore! Love spending time with my cousins. We are truly more like siblings and grow closer with each year that passes! So blessed to have them.

Leighton and her Nana who she loves SO much. Leighton is happiest when her entire family is together. We gave Nana her Mother's Day gifts a day early. Toby has a pretty special Mom who is always so supportive. We are very lucky!

Kylee and one of her best friends, Alyssa. Can't believe how grown up and beautiful they both are! Seems like just yesterday they were playing softball :)

So happy to have Chelsi in town. Please move to Louisville, okay???? ;) Wild child Gracen needs her wild Auntie Sis!

After the party Leighton begged to spend the night with Lyla. I swear she would ditch me for her cousins in a split second. My mom and Aunt reminded me that me and my cousins were the same way growing up :) Once Gracen was in bed asleep, Toby, Kylee, Ross and me headed over to my Aunt's house for some cousin game time. We played Apples to Apples and stayed up WAY past my bedtime! A great way to end a great night with our little grad.

We love you Kylee B!
